How to Make Corn Paneer Masala Rice | Easy Paneer Recipes | Indian Cuisine

Corn Paneer Masala Rice is a 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 and 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 to make 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐡. It can be served at 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 & 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫. It is usually served with 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 & 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚. This is an irresistibly 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 dish with Corn & Cottage Cheese (Paneer) to add to its flavors. It is the quickest and easiest dish to make at home. This is also an amazing 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 for your 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬. It is served hot with Raita, Onion Pickle and Papad.

It has been a tradition with house with housewives to save and reuse. Here, you can use freshly boiled rice or use leftover rice from your previous meals to make this 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞.

Reasonable amount of phosphorus and magnesium thus helping in digestion and reducing constipation. Paneer is Rich in Folate which is a B-Complex vitamin and is good for pregnant women. It is one of the recommended diet food for weight loss too. Paneer is a rich source of conjugated linoleic acid which helps is the fat burning.

  1. Keep Your Ingredients Ready.
    Basic Ingredients
  2. Make sure your spices are ready too.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
    Heat The Butter
  4. Add Cumin seed to butter and let the cumin seeds crackle.

  5. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chili in butter and saute for a good garlic aroma.

  6. Then add onions and saute for about 2 minutes on low flame till they become soft.
  7. Once the onions are done, add all the spices except dry mint leaves.

  8. Mix spices well and add some water to prevent spices from burning & to ensure that spices are cooked well.

  9. Now add Corn and mix well.
  10. Then add Cottage Cheese / Paneer Cubes. Give it a good mix and cover the pan & cook on low flame for about two minutes.

  11. After this add Boiled Rice, give it a good mix. You can also use leftover rice.

  12. Sprinkle some dry mint leaves powder on rice and cover the lid again for about 2 minutes and let it cook on low flame.

  13. Remove the lid. Our Corn Paneer Masala Rice is ready to serve. Serve hot with Raita, Pickle and Papad.
