For The Marination
  1. Take a large Bowl & mix all the ingredients given under marinade head & set it aside.

  2. Prick the chicken pieces for better marination. Rub the marinade mixture on the chicken pieces to coat it nicely.
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces in the batter overnight or at least 4-6 hours.

For the Grill
  1. Pre-heat the grill or tandoor for 15 minutes.

  2. Place the marinated chicken on the grill or tandoor. Baste the chicken pieces with oil or butter at regular intervals.

  3. Turn Chicken pieces occasionally. Cook until tender & golden brown.
  4. Team up tender & juicy Tandoori Chicken with lemon wedges, onion rings and green chutney.
