Veg Manchurian ready
Instructions
  1. Grate cabbage & carrots. Squeeze the water out of them.
    Grate cabbage & carrots
  2. Take a bowl & put squeezed cabbage & carrot in it.
    Put Grated veggies in bowl
  3. Add half of the corn flour, few chopped chilies & little salt to it & mix well.
    Add corn flour to veggies
  4. Make small dumplings of the mixture.

  5. Heat oil in a wok & deep fry the dumplings till they are golden brown. Drain excess oil & keep them aside.

  6. Heat oil in a separate wok. Sauté garlic, green chilies & spring onions.
    Add ginger garlic & spring onions to wok
  7. Now add vegetable stock, salt, white pepper, sugar, drops of vinegar & soy sauce to it. Let the stock boil for 2 minutes.
    Add sauces & bring to boil
  8. Add diluted corn flour & bring the gravy to boil again.
    Add diluted corn & boil again
  9. Add fried dumplings to gravy & cook for 2-3 minutes.
