- 20 Gram(s) Thai Green Curry Paste
- 10 Gram(s) Lemon Grass
- 250 Gram(s) Coconut Milk
- 20 Gram(s) Salt
- 5 Gram(s) White Pepper
- 10 Gram(s) Chopped Garlic
- 10 Gram(s) Ginger
- 10 Gram(s) Green Cjili
- 40 Milliliter(s) Edible Oil

Ingredients

- Wash the chicken properly & cut it into small pieces. Keep it aside.
- Chop lemon grass, ginger, garlic & green chili.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped ginger, garlic & green chili to the oil. Sauté till the garlic turns brown.
- Now add chicken & chicken stock to the wok. Cook till chicken gets cooked & water gets evaporated.
- Add Thai Green Curry paste & Maggie cube to the cooked chicken & mix well.
- Add coconut milk, salt & white pepper & mix them well in the chicken. Cook till the curry gets thick.
- Sprinkle chopped basil on the cooked chicken & serve hot.
