- 800 Gram(s) Boneless Chicken
- 50 Gram(s) Butter
- 10 Gram(s) Chopped Garlic
- 50 Gram(s) Chopped Onions
- 20 Gram(s) Salt
- 5 Gram(s) White Pepper

- 200 Gram(s) Soy Sauce

- Slice the onions and cut the chicken into stripes.
- Take a pan and heat butter in it. Add the chopped garlic & sliced onions. Cook till it turns light brown.
- Now add chicken stripes and cook until it turns golden brown in color. Sprinkle salt and white pepper over it.
- Once the chicken stripes turn golden brown, pour the soy sauce over it. Stir until smooth and add sliced mushrooms and Garkins to it.
