- 200 Gram(s) Atta
- 50 Gram(s) Maida
- 1 Gram(s) Baking Powder
- 2 Gram(s) Salt
- 10 ML Oil
- 150 ML Warm Water
Ingredients

- Mix Atta, Maida, Salt and Baking power in a mixing bowl.
- Filter the above mixture to separate the particles of flour.
- Knead the mixture slowly by adding oil and little bit of warm water, to form dough.
- Keep the kneaded dough aside and cover it with moist kitchen towel for 30 minutes.
- Take small balls of dough and roll it to paper thin chapatti of about 12” Diameter.
- Place inverted tawa on flame. Carefully cook Roomali roti until it’s done.
- Once done, fold it like handkerchief and serve hot!
