This makes them a nutritious addition to our diet.

Known by various names like Aam Panna, Aam Panna Juice, Aam Ka Panna, or Kairi Panha, this traditional Indian drink has been quenching thirsts for generations. Today we will explore an easy and instant no-cook Aam Panna recipe that will elevate your summer experience to a new level of satisfaction.

Aam Panna or The Mango Mocktail, an age-old Indian summer cooler. It is an excellent way to relish the goodness of mangoes while keeping yourself hydrated. Its delightful blend of raw mangoes, spices, and herbs provides an irresistible sweet and tangy taste that can instantly uplift your mood on a hot summer day. The traditional recipe requires the raw mangoes to be boiled however this recipe does not require cooking at all.

No Cook Aam Panna
No Cook Instant Aam Panna is a refreshing mango based summer drink. Loaded with vitamins A and C, essential minerals & antioxidants, it is a sweet and tangy drink for your loved ones. Follow this Step-By-Step Guide to make this delectable drink at your home.

  1. To a Mixer Jar add 5 Tbsp. Sugar, 2 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder, 2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Regular Salt & 2 Tsp Rock Salt. Adjust Salt & Sugar as per your taste.
  2. You can add 1/4th Tsp of Black Pepper powder at this point however it is optional as a lot of people do not prefer black pepper.
  3. After the salt all fresh mint leaves & 2 raw mangoes peeled and cut in small pieces. Save a few mint leaves for garnishing.
  4. Grind to make a very fine paste. It is important to make a fine paste so that there are no raw mango pieces or mint leaf pieces in the drink.
  5. After making a very fine paste, add ice cubes and about 2 glasses of water.
  6. Run in the mixer jar for 15 to 20 seconds. So that the mango and mint leaf paste blends with the water properly. After mixing our Instant No Cook Aam Panna is ready.
  7. Decorate every glass with a long slice of the peeled raw mango. Pour the instant No Cook Aam Panna into the glasses. Now garnish the drink with a few mint leaves.
  8. Our Instant No Cook Aam Panna is ready to be served.

Tips:

  1. You can add 1/4th Tsp of Black Pepper powder during step one, however it is optional as a lot of people do not prefer black pepper.
