Sindhi Cuisine

Sindhi Cuisine is native to the people of Sindh. This community was uprooted during the India-Pakistan partition. They settled in almost every part of the world carrying with them the secret recipes of their food & culture. Passed on from one generation to the other, Sindhi culture and food has a distinct taste to it. To name a few, Sindhi Breakfast Like Dal Pakwan (दाल पकवान), lunch like Sindhi Kadhi (सिंधी कढ़ी) and delectable Spinach & Rice (साईभाजी आऊँ भुगल चावल) as dinner, are some mouth-watering dishes. Ii is not at all out of the place to mention here that Papads (पापड़) & Pickles (आचार) are an inseparable part of every meal.
