How to Make Instant Malai Paneer at Home | Easy Keto Recipe

This, Instant Malai Paneer, is a super quick and easy recipe. You can make this dish in just 5 minutes. It uses minimum of spices and cottage cheese.

It tastes great and is an amazing keto recipe. Keto Diet, as we all know, directs a drastic cut down on the intake of carbs. The diet emphasizes on an increased intake of protein and fats. Keeping in mind the current Covid -19 Pandemic, where the gyms are closed and exercise is at its minimum, this is one of the best and filling dishes you can prepare instantly at home. It is easy to cook and tastes delicious. If you are working and you have very little time to cook or if you have sudden guests and are confused about what to make, then this is your problem solver. It is good for kids and easy for bachelors to make. Kids will love this dish as it has minimum spices. Serve it with Roti or Naan with your lunch or dinner.

Here are some health benefits of paneer. Cottage cheese or Paneer is a good source for protein & strengthens bones and teeth. It helps in maintaining blood sugar levels. It is rich in potassium and thus is good for both your blood pressure and heart. Being a good source of phosphorous & folate, it helps in improving digestion and is good for pregnant women. Above all, cottage cheese is a recommended Keto food as it boosts weight loss. Curd at the same time is probiotic & improves digestion and reduces constipation.

  • 200 Grams Paneer / Cottage Cheese Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Dahi / Curd
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Malai / Fresh Cream
  • 1 Tspn(s) Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tspn(s) Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder)
  • 1/2 Tspn(s) Garam Masala
  • 2 Tspn(s) Kasuri Methi / Dry Fenugreek Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp(s) Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tspn(s) Salt As Per Taste
  • 1 Tbsp(s) Oil

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan & add ginger garlic paste.
    Heat Oil and Add Garlic
  2. Add cottage cheese cubes (paneer cubes).
    Add Cottage Cheese
  3. Add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Dry Fenugreek Leaves & Garam Masala Powder.
    Add Spices
  4. Mix it well and saute for 1 minute. Keep stirring in between.
    Saute For 1 Min
  5. After about 1 minute add fresh cream and curd. Give the contents a good mix.
    Add Curd N Cream & Mix Well
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
    Cover & Cook for 2 Minutes
  7. After 2 minutes our malai paneer is ready. Garnish with Slit Green Chili.Serve hot with roti, naan or parontha.
