How To Cook Pathar Kebab At Home In Easy Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients given under the “for Marination” head except lamb in a food processor. Process the ingredients to make a smooth paste
  2. Rub the paste on the lamb pieces. Take a fork & poke tines to make 10 holes in each piece. Rub the paste on pieces again & let it rest for 4 hours at room temperature.
  1. Put Pizza Stone in the middle rack of the oven.
  2. Turn on the Oven to 450ºF Temperature. Wait for around 50 minutes until the stone is hot.
  3. Baste each kebab with Ghee on both sides & place it on the pizza stone. Let it cook on for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Delicious Pathar Kebabs are ready. Serve hot with onion rings & green chutney.
