  1. Wash the apples & cut them into even size dices.
  2. Take a large bowl & whisk the mayonnaise, cream, salt & white pepper together in it.
  3. Now stir in diced apples & walnut kernels to the bowl.
  4. Cover the salad & refrigerate it until cold.
  5. Serve cold on a bed of green lettuce leaves.
