Step by Step Roomali Roti Recipe
Mix Atta, Maida, Salt and Baking power in a mixing bowl.
Filter the above mixture to separate the particles of flour.
Knead the mixture slowly by adding oil and little bit of warm water, to form dough.
Keep the kneaded dough aside and cover it with moist kitchen towel for 30 minutes.
Take small balls of dough and roll it to paper thin chapatti of about 12” Diameter.
Place inverted tawa on flame. Carefully cook Roomali roti until it’s done.
Once done, fold it like handkerchief and serve hot!
